What Engage is intended for
Engage is the planned home for website popups within Nuvilo. It is labelled Coming Soon in this release.
A working popup builder, targeting controls and live popup publishing are not currently available. The introduction and discussions with Nova can help you prepare an idea, but they do not create a popup on your website.
Prepare a useful brief
You can make progress on the business context before the product is released:
- Identify the visitor group you want to help.
- Describe the page or situation where the message would be relevant.
- Write the approved offer or next step.
- Record any conditions and restrictions in Brain.
- Discuss the idea with Nova.
- Keep the brief ready for a future supported workflow.
For example, a useful brief might explain a service enquiry offer for visitors comparing two options. It should identify the destination and the facts that can be stated without inventing urgency or an unsupported discount.
Use current software where it fits
Quill can help prepare an explanatory article. Amplify can prepare social content around an approved offer. Launch can support a reviewed landing page, subject to its Alpha status and publishing setup.
These are their own workflows. Creating a page or social campaign does not activate a future Engage popup.
Review availability when it changes
Check the product’s current status and the Knowledge Base when a new release is introduced. Do not assume that a planned capability, date or commercial term has been confirmed simply because it was discussed in a chat.
Engage is not charged in the current registration offering. Review the actual package builder and platform announcements for current commercial details when capabilities become available.
