The organisation is the account boundary

An organisation groups its members, enabled software, subscription settings and shared allowances. A member’s access depends on their role, membership state and product permissions.

Within the organisation, websites provide the working context. Each has its own domain, timezone, Brain knowledge, brand settings and integrations.

Select the right website

Use the website selector before beginning work. Switching software while keeping the website selected lets you continue with the same business context. Switching websites changes that context.

For example, two client websites in one agency account can use different social profiles, tones of voice and publishing timezones. They should not rely on one shared destination just because the same colleague manages both.

Find account tools

Open the user flyout for account-level links such as My Account, Teams & Access and Knowledge Base. The public Knowledge Base explains Nuvilo; it does not reveal your website’s private Brain records.

Use the account’s subscription and usage areas to inspect current software and allowances. The exact available actions depend on your role.

Diagnose an access issue

  1. Confirm the organisation and website.
  2. Check whether the software is enabled.
  3. Confirm that your membership is active.
  4. Ask an administrator to review the required permission.
  5. Read any package, trial or activation notice.

A hidden or disabled action may reflect a deliberate access rule. It should not be worked around by changing a URL or asking a specialist to perform an unauthorised action.

If you can view work but cannot approve or publish it, that may be the intended separation of responsibilities. Agree who performs the final review and delivery step.
