Start with a clear outcome
Quill brings research, planning and article production together. Iris is the content specialist. Before creating a draft, confirm the selected website and give Brain enough approved business context to support the subject.
Choose one question the article should answer. “Help first-time buyers choose a suitable model” is a more useful goal than “write something about our products”.
Prepare the brief
- Open Quill and create an article or choose an article in a roadmap.
- Select the roadmap, pillar and cluster where applicable.
- Set the audience, purpose, funnel stage and target word count.
- Choose one primary keyword and up to five secondary keywords from saved research.
- Add approved product pages, internal links and evidence sources.
- Save and review the brief before generating an outline or draft.
A brief should explain the reader’s problem, the intended takeaway and the next step. Include claims that must be supported and wording to avoid.
Generate and edit
Use the available outline and content actions. Review the generated structure before expanding it. Read the draft for accuracy, usefulness, tone and unsupported claims. Add or generate suitable images, checking any product details against the catalogue.
Saving an edit and generating a new result are different actions. If a generation was started against an older revision, the workflow may refuse to apply it after you have changed the brief. Review the latest saved state and try again only when appropriate.
Review and publish
Run Iris QA, resolve the findings and complete the approval stage. Choose a configured WordPress or Nuvilo blog destination and confirm its publishing settings.
A saved draft is not live. Check the publication result and open its public URL after delivery. If the destination is unavailable, keep the approved content saved while the connection or publishing configuration is repaired.
