Start with an outcome

Choose software around a useful result rather than the number of tools available. A small, well-trained website with a clear review process is a better starting point than a large queue of unreviewed work.

Use Quill when you need content research, a roadmap, article briefs, drafts and supported publishing. Iris helps with the content strategy and writing. Use Amplify for campaigns and social posts, with Maya helping adapt the message for different platforms.

Use Pulse to investigate crawled pages, search performance, visibility and monitoring. Atlas helps interpret the evidence. Google reports and external research require their relevant connections or platform services.

Customer experiences and pages

Relay, currently Alpha, provides a customer chatbot grounded in the website’s active Brain knowledge. Remy helps shape the setup and answer quality. Start with private testing before switching on public chat.

Launch, also Alpha, supports websites, blogs and landing pages with Leo. A published page still needs a valid destination; custom domains need ownership verification and hosting setup.

Crew, in Alpha, lets you discuss work with specialists or in Group Chat. Access and supported actions follow your enabled products and permissions. Engage is the planned popup product; a working popup builder is not included in this release.

Choose and review

  1. Write down the first result you need.
  2. Explore the software pages and guides to match tools to that outcome.
  3. Review current pricing in your selected currency.
  4. Open Create your workspace to choose software, account capacity and shared credits.
  5. Check what your account has enabled before inviting colleagues.

Brain is shared with your selected software. You do not need a separate copy of the same approved facts for each product. Exploring the package builder does not subscribe you, create a website or publish content. Review the total and your account details before submitting.
