Before you start
You need an active account, permission to manage websites and room within your organisation’s website allowance. Creating a website in Nuvilo creates a workspace record; it does not replace the existing site at your domain.
The organisation, optional website and timezone entered in Create your workspace carry into your first website form. Review these values before saving.
Create the website
- Open the website area and choose Create website.
- Enter a recognisable website name and its domain. Use the real business domain rather than an unrelated social profile or a temporary preview address.
- Choose the country, search location and language appropriate to the audience you want to research.
- Select the website’s timezone explicitly. This is the local time used for its scheduling workflows.
- Choose British or American English and add a logo if you have one.
- Save the website and continue through its setup steps.
A search location and a timezone answer different questions. Search location controls the market you investigate. Timezone controls when local scheduled work should happen. A London-based team can manage a website that publishes on New York time.
Prepare the knowledge
The next useful step is Brain. Add a business summary, audience, tone, approved products and customer answers. Complete Brand Setup so generated writing and images have clear direction.
Check that the website selector shows the new website before adding training or integrations. Each website has its own context, even within the same organisation.
If creation is blocked
Read the validation message first. Correct an invalid domain or missing required field. If the account has reached its allowance, review the package with your organisation administrator. If the account is awaiting activation, complete that process before creating websites. Repeatedly submitting the form will not bypass a capacity or access restriction.
