What Nuvilo brings together
Nuvilo combines focused software around a website’s shared business knowledge. Brain holds facts and brand direction. Quill supports written content, Amplify supports social content, Pulse helps investigate website performance, Relay supports customer conversations, and Launch supports websites and pages. Crew gives you specialists to discuss the work with.
You do not need to introduce every tool at once. Choose a concrete first outcome, such as preparing one article or answering the ten customer questions your team hears most often.
A practical first session
- Open Create your workspace on the Nuvilo website. Choose software that supports your first goal, or select an available trial.
- Review your package and allowances in the same flow. Select your currency, then enter your account details, optional website and website timezone. Paid accounts require manual activation; a trial is available only when offered.
- Create your first website. Confirm its domain, search market and timezone.
- Add approved information to Brain, including your business description, products, common questions and writing guidance.
- Open the product relevant to your first goal. Create a small piece of work, review it and learn the approval process before scaling up.
Check the context before each task
Look at the website selector. Knowledge, integrations, brand settings and schedules belong to that website. Selecting another website changes the context; it does not transfer the first website’s training or linked profiles.
A high training score indicates coverage, not proof that every fact is correct. Review the actual records. Correct outdated claims before generating more content.
Know the release status
Quill, Amplify and Pulse provide the established workflows. Relay, Launch and Crew are labelled Alpha. Engage is Coming Soon. Product access, configured services, credits and permissions can still limit an available action. Read the explanation beside a blocked control and resolve that specific prerequisite.
