One knowledge foundation per website
Brain stores the business context that supported Nuvilo workflows can retrieve. It includes business and writing guidance, terminology, approved Q&A, imported website sources, product information, brand settings and image direction.
The selected website is the boundary. Records from a different website should not be treated as training for the one you are working on. Switching products within the same website lets you reuse the shared knowledge instead of maintaining separate copies for each tool.
Add information in the right place
Use AI Tuning for broad business, audience and writing direction. Use Term Knowledge for specialist language, acronyms and naming rules. Use Q&A for specific questions and approved answers. Use Product Knowledge for products, services and recommendation details. Use Website Sources for readable information imported from public pages.
Brand Setup provides the visual identity and shared image guidance. Keep precise product facts in product records rather than burying every detail in a long tone-of-voice paragraph.
What generation can see
Nuvilo selects relevant records for supported generation tasks within bounded context. Adding a record does not guarantee its full text will appear in every answer. Clear titles, focused records and explicit terminology make the right material easier to retrieve.
If Relay public chat is enabled, active Brain information and business/brand fields can support customer-facing answers. Do not put passwords, internal-only customer data or confidential notes into active training.
Maintain the knowledge
Review records when products, policies or prices change. Pause or remove obsolete information through the available editor rather than adding a contradictory answer beside it.
The training completeness score measures coverage. It cannot certify factual accuracy, legal suitability or consistency. Use Recommendations to investigate suggested gaps or conflicts, and keep a human reviewer responsible for the approved source material.
The public Nuvilo Knowledge Base explains how the software works. Your website’s Brain contains your business knowledge. They serve different purposes.
