Use the main Integrations page
Social connections live in the main Integrations page, alongside the website’s other services. They are not a separate connection area inside Brain or Amplify.
Select the website first. The connection you create belongs to that website within the organisation. A similar page name is not enough to establish that it is the intended account.
Connect an eligible destination
- Open the relevant social provider.
- Check its service status and any visible availability restrictions.
- Start the supported authorisation flow.
- Sign in to a provider account with the required management access.
- Select the page, profile or location offered by the connection flow.
- Return to Nuvilo and verify the saved destination’s identity.
Facebook publishing uses Pages. Instagram requires an eligible professional account and an image for the standard publishing format. Google Business Profile needs the appropriate business location and access. X requires its supported account authorisation and platform application configuration.
Understand two levels of readiness
Platform Admin supplies provider application settings, credentials and release availability. Your organisation links the actual destination to its website. A provider can be configured centrally while your website still has no linked profile.
Conversely, a previously linked destination can become unusable because its authorisation expired or provider access changed. Read the specific status rather than assuming “connected once” means permanently ready.
Before disconnecting or replacing
Inspect upcoming posts that reference the destination. Reconnect the correct account and review any affected schedules or approvals. If an earlier submission has an uncertain result, inspect the provider before retrying.
Do not share provider secrets in article briefs, Brain records or chat. Use the intended authorisation and administrative configuration screens.
