Link the plan to the source

A roadmap-linked Amplify campaign creates social variations around Quill articles. This makes it easier to plan promotion while keeping each post tied to its source content.

Choose the relevant roadmap in the campaign wizard. Select platforms, variations per blog, the delay after each planned article and the spacing between variations. Confirm the local posting time for the website.

Review the source before generation

A saved brief can help Maya plan an angle, but it is not evidence that the article is finished or live. Read the source article when available and check the claim you want the post to highlight.

  1. Open the linked post from the campaign or studio.
  2. Inspect its source article.
  3. Give each variation a distinct, useful angle.
  4. Review copy and image choices.
  5. Confirm the intended connected destinations.
  6. Run QA and approve when the work is current.

For automated preparation, a supporting post depends on the source reaching the required saved stage. The preparation indicator explains when work can open and which dependency is still waiting.

Handle changes to the roadmap

Use the campaign’s Sync roadmap now action or the normal scheduled sync where configured. New articles can receive new variations without duplicating existing slots.

Changes to a source or its date can reset affected undelivered posts for a new review while preserving drafted copy. Review the changed plan and approve again. Delivered or uncertain submissions need careful handling and are not ordinary drafts to overwrite.

Confirm the live link

A linked promotion cannot be delivered until its source blog and current URL are live. A manually invented URL is not a substitute for publication evidence.

After delivery, inspect the Final tiles and open the post. Check that its link reaches the intended public article. If the article moved or was withdrawn, decide how to handle the remote social post through the appropriate provider workflow.
