Choose the campaign type
A campaign groups planned social posts around a goal. It can stand alone or support a Quill roadmap. Creating planned posts does not itself generate copy or contact a social publishing provider.
Open Amplify → Campaigns → Create a campaign. Name the campaign, then complete the Goal, Audience, Schedule and Review steps.
Plan an independent campaign
- Describe the outcome, audience and key message.
- Choose the platforms.
- Set the start, number of posts and interval.
- Confirm the local posting time in the website’s timezone.
- Review the brief and choose Create planned posts.
The posts appear in the normal studio and calendar as planned drafts. Open a post to review its brief, destination and content. Generate selected eligible drafts individually or through the supported batch workflow.
Plan a linked campaign
For a Quill roadmap, choose variations per blog, the offset after each article’s planned date and spacing between variations. Review the resulting dates against the source roadmap.
Maya can use a saved article or its brief for generation context, but a brief-only source cannot establish unpublished claims or a live URL. Delivery remains dependent on the source blog and its current link becoming live.
Move from plan to delivery
Run copy, image and QA stages, then approve. If the campaign’s auto-schedule setting is enabled, an authorised approval can schedule the future planned time. Otherwise approved content waits for a publisher.
Past dates need a deliberate new publishing time. Package generation windows still apply to planned posts. If a mixed batch contains an ineligible item, select a valid group rather than expecting the batch to bypass the restriction.
Review individual destination results after publication. A campaign is a planning aid, not proof that every post has been delivered.
