Two sources of recommendations

Brain → Recommendations is a website-specific review inbox for members with permission to manage settings. It includes suggested Q&A from unsupported public Relay answers and findings from a training review.

A public question marked unsupported means the knowledge supplied for that reply did not support an answer. It does not prove that no relevant record exists. Search the current training before creating another answer.

Review customer questions

  1. Open the pending recommendations.
  2. Read the question and its occurrence count.
  3. Check existing active and inactive Q&A.
  4. Write and approve a reusable answer if the question is appropriate.
  5. Ignore irrelevant questions, or restore an ignored suggestion later if needed.

Repeated questions can be grouped after case and whitespace normalisation. Private previews and provider failures do not create these public knowledge-gap suggestions.

Review training consistency

Choose Review training to queue a comparison of active records for the current website. The review considers a bounded batch, so inspect its details for checked pairs, remaining candidates and changed sources. Run another review when more candidates remain.

An empty inbox is not a certificate that the whole library is consistent. AI findings are suggestions, especially when two records describe different conditions or exceptions.

Resolve the finding

Supported merges apply to two Q&A records or two terms. Edit the combined text and explicitly confirm removal of the second record. A merge can be blocked when source records changed or have linked images; resolve those conditions first.

Other record types are reconciled in their existing editors and can then be marked reviewed. Nothing is merged automatically. Ignoring a recommendation does not change the underlying training or consume generation credits. Review history helps you understand which decisions have already been made.
