Where to configure it
Open Amplify → Personality for the selected website. Maya’s settings affect supported new social copy and her relevant Crew context. They do not automatically rewrite existing posts.
The eight sliders cover conversation style, warmth, energy, humour, confidence, detail, sales emphasis and emoji use. The live description helps explain the current combination; save the page to apply it.
Choose a useful voice
- Identify the audience and the relationship you want with them.
- Adjust the sliders to match that voice.
- Read the generated description.
- Expand detailed brand preferences and examples where needed.
- Add specific posting behaviours, hooks, calls to action and boundaries.
- Save, then generate a small sample and review it.
For example, a specialist service may want moderate warmth, low humour, careful confidence and clear explanations. A lifestyle brand may choose more energy while still avoiding unsupported product claims.
Use examples and boundaries
Detailed instructions take precedence over broad slider style. Add examples of acceptable phrasing and expressions to avoid. Explain whether hashtags, emojis or sales language fit the website’s brand.
Keep approved product facts and policy answers in Brain. Personality describes how Maya communicates; it is not the right place to maintain a second, conflicting product catalogue.
Review each platform variation
The same voice can appear differently across platforms. Check that a shorter variation retains necessary qualifications and that a more conversational one still makes the intended next step clear.
If the result feels inconsistent, inspect the current post brief and platform-specific instructions as well as Personality. Saving a new personality does not change previously generated work, so deliberately regenerate or edit the affected variations and rerun QA before approval.
