Where connections live

Open the main Integrations page for the selected website. Its menu separates Website services from Social integrations. All integrations shows the available connection cards; individual menu entries open the relevant service.

Connections belong to a website within your organisation. A profile linked for one website should not silently become the destination for another. Always verify the website selector before connecting, changing or disconnecting a service.

Choose the connection you need

  • WordPress supplies a publishing destination for supported content workflows.
  • Google connects Search Console and Analytics reporting where configured.
  • Facebook Pages, Instagram, X and Google Business Profile provide eligible social publishing destinations.

Google reporting and Google Business Profile publishing are separate uses. Connecting reporting does not automatically select a Business Profile location for social posts.

Link carefully

  1. Select the correct website and open Integrations.
  2. Choose the service.
  3. Read the connection status and any setup prerequisites.
  4. Complete the supported authorisation flow with an account that can manage the intended destination.
  5. Select the page, profile, property or location requested by the service.
  6. Return to the website and check the displayed destination identity.

Connecting a service does not publish content by itself. The publishing workflow still needs valid content, destination selection, permissions and approval.

When a connection is unavailable

Platform administrators configure provider applications and service availability. If the page reports missing platform configuration, pilot access or unsupported eligibility, an organisation member cannot solve that by repeatedly reconnecting.

A disconnected or expired account needs its connection repaired before new delivery can succeed. Review scheduled content after changing a destination. If a submission has an uncertain result, inspect delivery details and the provider before retrying to avoid an accidental duplicate.
